Relaxed environment for students; isn't too professional which keeps students comfortable. often times entails group activities as other candidates are also present in the interview. Might seem like you all are competing for who talks the most, but the interviewers/student affairs staff notice everyone and are looking to create well-balanced, diverse teams/leaders.
If I have work-life balance and can handle high-stress situations. How flexible I am with my schedule and if there are any problems working on certain days. Also, if I had previous work experience.

I drove onto campus and sat down, with a nice young lady, she asked about me and my availability. That was the meat and potatoes of it not the craziest interview for a student worker position.
