Phone screen and in-person interview. In-person interview was a panel of two people asking questions back and forth. Upbeat vibe and positive throughout the process, was quick to get back to me about the outcome of the interview.

Search committee of staff, faculty and students (45m) followed by a direct interview with staff (45m) via Zoom. Questions were high in number and read off of a script/list. Neither interview left much space for discussion or follow-up questions.

Interview
Sent in a resume and cover letter and was contacted a week later for a face to face interview. The interview lasted around 20-25 minutes with the direct supervisor and another person involved with the program.
Followed up and didn't hear about for about 3 weeks. Turns out the supervisor took a trip to Europe and forgot to contact me.
