Pretty easy and straight forward. This was for a student job so I didn't necessarily get grilled on any tough subjects. One phone interview and then an in person interview. After that I got the offer about a week later.

Very straight forward, asked about my resume, past experiences, unique projects I've done. Then described role, what I would be doing and finished off with some questions I had for them.
