I applied through college or university. I interviewed at UC San Diego (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Round 1: online form application
Round 2: group interview
Round 3: individual interview
During the group interview, we were asked to plan a project for students. During the individual interview, we were asked with multiple interpersonal and communication questions.
The interview is a three-part process. Starting with a written component, you write a series of short essay questions. If you are selected to move forward in the hiring process, you go on to a first round of interviews and, if selected, onto a second interview from which they make their final decisions.
