I worked at the BFS department. The interview really varies by manager, but the process was straightforward and supportive. We were asked to complete a design challenge and present it.
For my department, it was 1 on 1 with one of the professors. They asked me a several questions, talked about what they do, and explained what my responsibilities will be.
Had one interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Pretty basic questions regarding the position and my past experience. 2 interviewers who were both kind. Wanted to make the process easy for me.
