I was contacted after applying via email.
The meeting was through zoom, I was asked some questions and then was given time to ask the interviewer some questions. The interviewer had given me a list of their previous publications for me to review prior to our interview.

I was asked about my previous research experience, projects, hardships I faced, how I overcame them. There were also some questions regarding the details of the protocols I used and why I changed them.
