Met in-person with an interview panel and then had to do a writing assessment. Took them a while to get back to me on whether or not I got the job (I didn't) but overall was a good experience.
The interview process is in two parts. Initial screening, then pannel via Zoom. Expect questions about past work experiences, DEI, storytelling, and scenario-based questions about working with stakeholders. Additionally, they will have you create a pitchdeck to preview your work.
