Interview
Answer hypotheticals, meet with Dean. Prepare for scenario type questions. The interview is typically with a panel of your potential colleagues and your supervisor. They will want you to have experience, be a team player and be ready to jump in with positive enthusiasm.
Very fair interview process. Questions were focused on student success. They were a mix of panels and one on one interview stages. Interview was not diffcult if you prepared well enough.
