a group interview with 3 other prospective candidates. A lot of typical surface level interview questions such as “what makes a good leader” and “what are your strengths/weaknesses” overall, it took about 15 minutes

Very chill interview, almost something informal. I was offered the job on the spot. They were very excited to hire someone with more than one language. I started my paperwork right away and started the week after.
