I had interviewed via Zoom and it was very laid back. More of a conversation rather than a formal interview. It went well and am still waiting to hear back from the hiring managers.
The interview was via zoom. You get invited for an interview once your resume passes the screening process. Most resumes do not get through. I applied to ten jobs at UCLA Health before getting a call back.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to overcome conflict in a work environment
They first ask you for a 20 minute Zoom meeting. Questions included going over your work experience, your strengths and weaknesses, and how you deal with stressful situations in the workplace.
You go through two interviews, first with recruiter and two managers. The second interview is with a doctor at whatever site you’re at. The questions are common ones that you can honestly just google.
