Interview
Short and to the point with general questions. I only got some far but it’s a multistage process which the first of was a virtual interview.
The interviewers were kind people who seemed to really want to get to know who you are as a person.

Confirmation questions regarding resume and time at other companies
phone call interview then sit down interview then meet the bosses and fighters. If all goes well you start after their own training course. Then you will begin usually a week from that.
