      Interview

      The interview process with Ultimate Software went very well. There were 5 steps in the process (attend an Open House, complete online assessment, phone interview, 1 on 1 interview and a panel interview). At each step, my recruiter was very prompt in answering all of my questions by email/phone, scheduled and confirmed each part of the process and even offered some tips to make sure I was going to be well prepared. They really made me feel welcome and made sure that I felt relaxed to do my best. Everyone was very professional and very friendly. For my 1 on 1 interview, the receptionist gave me an Ipad to use to research the company while I waited and even when the manager started my interview a few minutes behind schedule she asked me what she could get me to drink since she had kept me waiting. Overall, the interview process was more in depth than what I was used to but I can definitely see why Ultimate Software is listed as one of the best places to work because they really take the time to get to know you and make sure you're going to fit in well with their culture.

      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Saint Louis, MO) in Nov 2016

      Interview

      I applied for the position via LinkedIn on November 2. I received an email on November 15 inviting me to an open house the next day. I attended the open house on November 16 where I learned more about Ultimate Software and the position itself. I had a short one on one interview to discuss my job history. The very next morning, November 17, I received an email moving me to the next step and completed the analytical assessment. I was very nervous about it but I must've did well because they called me on November 22 to schedule a phone interview. My phone interview was on November 23 and I received very constructive criticism after we completed interviewing. Although, hard to swallow, it was very much needed and helped me tremendously. We also scheduled my Skype interview. Had my Skype interview on November 29 and it was very laid back but straight to the point. I felt really good about it. They called me the same day at the end of the business day and offered me the position and I GLADLY ACCEPTED!!!!!!!!!!
