"We Put People First." Not at all in my case ... I exceeded all the required qualifications and was asked to interview with the hiring manager. I offered 10+ hours of potential meeting times. UKG never proposed any meeting options and delayed interview for a week claiming scheduling issues. At the end of the week they shared the position was filled with an internal candidate. Disingenuous. Unprofessional.
