I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at UKG in Nov 2021
Interview
I was contacted to go over a position. I thought it was going to be more informal and given details about the position and company. Instead I got a very rude young adult that spoke to me in a condescending manner. She couldn't phrase questions properly and didn't seem to understand questions that were asked. The job description didn't even match the title. The description of the job had changed - meaning they wanted someone more in line with management/leadership type of role. So I don't really think it was fair to blame the applicant for believing it was for a lower level position that you decided to re-create into a higher position. Be up front and honest with people and cut back on the bad attitude and unprofessionalism. Also hire better recruiters that actually know how to interview talent.
Long interview, look like they are looking for multiple jobs in one . They asked for business, data engineer, data scientist question as well. It was long and the interviewer was been forced to take interview.he was very rude
A series of interviews with first an HR person, then a few of the actual Business Analytics team members. Went over some of the comparable skills in my past, seemed to be very kind group of people. No real gotcha questions, but for me it became apparent that there was a bit more work I needed to do with a specific software to be a great candidate.
Two phases once with a recruiter and once with the manager. Very polite and presentable, the conversation flowed pretty eaily. Did not do well on my side but will keep cracking on!
