I was interviewed first by the recruiter, then I was asked to take a couple of tests, both a personality test and sales suitability test. Finally I had 3 1:1 interviews - with the hiring manager, the presales manager and the general manager. I was impressed with the process generally and with the quality of questions and knowledge of the management with the sales process and their thoroughness in questioning me.

Interview
The process itself lasted about 2 1/2 months - but I was restricted in my timing, and if anything held up the process for my benefit. The recruiter was very helpful and responsive, and everyone I spoke with during the process made me feel good about the potential opportunity. At Kronos, they are just as concerned with making sure you are the right fit for company, as making sure the company is the right fit for you and your lifestyle. After I felt I had secured the job, I still had 2 additional phone "interviews" with various managers, that were more focused on allowing me to ask questions, and be confident that I was making the right move for myself and my family. No specific questions stick out - but I was very surprised by how many of the questions were directed towards culture and fit. It is important to Kronos to put the right people in the right seats - and not just fill the seats.
