UNDP interview questions

During the interview, I first had some basic presentation questions, where I introduced myself and talked about my background and motivations. This was followed by a series of competency-based questions that focused on my previous experiences, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills. Toward the end, I was presented with a short case study and asked to explain what research methods I would use to approach it and justify my choices.

They asked me how I planned to execute the role, what softwares I'd use, how I'd ensure gender responsive in the work. They didn't ask me the normal behavioral questions.
