UNFI Business Analyst II interview questions

First screening with the recruiter- felt a bit rushed, but nothing out of the ordinary. Second was an interview with two members of the team I’d be joining. Very basic questions about my resume, skills, and a few situational questions. Third was an interview with a director of some sort and the guy didn’t know what Google Analytics was. HUGE red flag to start. He acted like he was just told about the meeting 5 minutes before and wasn’t prepared at all. I ended up being completely ghosted by the company. For reference, I have over 10 years of experience, and I’ve never made it to a third round and not been hired. I recommend staying as far away from this company as you can. No respect for candidates, and seemingly less than intellectually inept leadership.
