I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UNICEF in May 2021
Interview
The interview process happened as it is described in online open resources. There were the hiring manager, HR representative, additional expert panel member.
I was asked general questions and basic context-action-result questions. The interviewers were friendly. They were professional. Because of the specialized nature of the position I was applying for the interview did not seem to be the key determinant of hiring.
Main tips: prepare for the interview reviewing UNICEF website, speak well and be confident.
