Interview
It was a 2 stage process. Starting off with a written test , they send an email with questions you are to return within a specifics timeframe. Then a panel interview on Microsoft teams.

About my ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, especially government.
The written test asked various scenario questions- giving an inclination of what will be required during the job. E.g. how will you scale innovations and strengthen government?
