At least three people on the interview panel, takes about an hour or 45 minutes and they have 3-5 interview questions. The questions range from technical questions to communication or interpersonal Skills, working with people and partners or in the bigger organization. You have to keep your answers interesting and relevant to what they are trying to look for in terms of a skill or competency.
