UPMC interview questions

I applied online and was invited to a virtual Microsoft Teams interview. The interview was brief and very informal. Most of the time was spent explaining the role, schedule, and general expectations rather than asking detailed questions about my experience. One of the two interviewers led the conversation while another remained completely silent/muted. Overall, the process was simple, but communication after the interview could have been much better. I had missed the initial call from the recruiter regarding the offer and it took nearly a week to receive a return call. The final offer was very well below the minimum pay I had listed on my application and at the very bottom of the salary range listed for this role, which demonstrated a significant lack of regard for the candidates time. Highly disappointed in the entire process.

It was thorough. I had an interview with the manager over video calland then an in person interview with another staff person as well. Both were kind and polite and quick to get back to me with decisions .
