It was done though a zoom call with 3 members after an inital phone call interview. They asked questions and the whole process took about 20 to 30 minutes. They were overall very nice and It was one of the least stressful interviews I had over a zoom call

Interview was fairly smooth and was mostly concerned with my potential and ability to lead other on a day to day basis, which is what the job mostly consisted of. I felt that they wanted to know that I could handle being challenged and had experience managing and administering discipline.
