Interview
Online test. Basic maintenance skills test. Then you take a bench test. Electrical trouble shooting on 3 phase equipment, wire up a 3 phase motor, describe and explain various parts that’s used in the plant, vfd, plc, conveyor parts, and a welding test. If you know your stuff it’s easy, but most seem to fail it. The bench test is a 4-7 hour test. Great company, great benfits, but you will work for it! Then interview with hr, which is 5 questions of how you interact with employees

Electrical amplitude , hands on practical , walk through component identification throughout plant location where you will be working. Reading and understanding instructions from document while being watched by multiple supervisors who are experts on the area of electrical engineering and mechanical engineering
