I received a phone call to schedule a video interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was 10 minutes late to the video call, asked me a few questions, and then hurried me off the phone to make it to their next interview on time. They made an offer that was lower than what was laid out in the interview, and wanted me to start within two days.

Interview process was typical behavioral based questions. Very nice people. Based off UPS values similar to other interviews I have had. I prepared for it just like I would any other interview.

Interview
Straightforward, quick, easy and basic. Questions about your history, your goals, strengths and weaknesses. Nothing over the top, nothing stressful or beyond my ability. They look more for clear headedness than anything else, as long as you convey confidence then you should be good.
