I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (New York, NY) in May 2012
Interview
It's very rigorous. Starts with a basic phone interview. Then comes a follow up phone interview. Then you take a test online. Then there's a group interview that can be pretty stressful and altogether nerve racking. Finally there is a follow up in person interview with upper management. Lastly you're sent all expenses paid to sales training for 6 weeks (I had an amazing time at training and actually learned a lot). This long process weeded out the people who do not fit the culture. One or two may have slipped through the cracks but the majority of UPSers are amazing workers and human beings. I enjoyed the process.

Question 1
In one of the interviews they asked me to sell them something?
two interviews, quite thorough and went through it well. Lots of questions on personality type and working with others which was also good. Could've been longer though or involve more people like colleagues.
