I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS
Interview
You have a 1 on 1 with what seemed like HR. If you are still interested you come back and take a tour of the hub. After that if still interested they will contact you and you will interview with HR as well as the Manager of the Hub. That interview was very easy. My personal experience with it was me mostly listening to the manager talk with only being asked very basic questions. Like I said if you want the job you will most likely get it. If all goes well you will be called in to fill out paperwork as well as starting training which is paid.
no interview. come in for orientation and if you get into that youre hired, unless they hire too many then they select randomly from people there and tell the other to apply again.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
