Interview
Super fast and efficient they don't check for anything really almost impossible to not get hired by UPS, which is good on them. If you do get hired and you don't mind the union theres some room for growth, same if you leave the union and go to management.

Easy process no interview just backgroiund check and finger print, Went to orientation and started same night, In total only took like 3 weeks I declined to work here as i had other opportunities and did not want to work the airport in the cold

Interview was relatively easy, just came in to fill out paper work and watch a few videos. Later had to get credentials from the airport in able to get into the facility
