I applied in-person. I interviewed at UPS (Newark, NJ)
Interview
The whole interview process is ... not your typical driving interview as expected. But the training is not for the weak. I made it through pretty gracefully. Awesome trainers in the Secaucus,NJ.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Redmond, WA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Bait and switch at its finest. Step 1- Post "Full time driver position" on job boards. Step 2- Have sucker ...ahem I mean candidate drive in for interview (which turns out to be a group interview with other duped candidates). Step 3- Inform everyone that guess what sorry to be you, but "Full time" has been filled already, buy hey while you are here, got some seasonal work available that equals out to about a month of full time hours. Wow...where do I sign up for such a great deal? If I wanted part-time I would have applied for part-time not a full time position.

Question 1
How do you feel about making $18 an hour and not having guaranteed 40hour work week, and paying Union dues to boot?
