Interview
Spoke with HR about the job and was told I may be called for an in-person or phone interview. Ended up only having a phone interview then HR let me know I was offered the job and what the pay was.
Called for in person interview approximately two months after applying online by hiring manager. Manager was very friendly. He asked most of the standard questions but was not forth coming on benefits. He said those questions would have to be addressed by HR. He also was not very positive about the position. He said it was a very "flat" position with little room for advancement. He also said there was a lot of turnover in the position. This interview was for a part time administrator role.
