Interview
I was asked zero technical questions. Interview was very informal, management seemed less concerned with my abilities and more interested in getting to know me as a person. Very relaxing and conversational process.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at US Army (Fort Eustis, VA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Interview process included a preliminary phone interview followed by an in person interview. The interview was conducted by a panel of Engineers that later were co-workers. Being in a panel interview may be challenging if it's the first time, but overall seemed to go well.
