They wanted to interview only after completing application and give references. They wanted someone with 10 years experience and wanted to hire someone who is more seasoned. Also they asked if I was willing to relocate and I said yes. They also wanted to hire me later if I was willing to move up to northern Virginia. The interview was not that long or difficult.
