Phone interview with VP that associate referred me to followed by a 1 on 1 meeting over lunch. Very congenial, no issues, but position didn't lead to many opportunities to move into senior management level.

In depth testing and prequalifications designed to fit the employee into the best possible career path based on aptitude. Selection process leaves room for improvement and can ultimately lead to an unsatisfying experience since a contract with the employer restricts the ability to resign.
