I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at US Army (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2009
Interview
There was no particular interview process. Interviewing within the ROTC department associated with your college or university is the extent of the interview. The "hiring" process is more elaborate, requiring a college degree and successful completion of the ROTC program
This will be the easiest interview process you have ever had. A recruiter is waiting for you and will get you where you want to be. If you are having doubts, go join the Air Force.
Easy and straightforward. They really went through an entire process with numerous questions. It was a board of peers and supervisors based interview. You were allowed to use a notebook and pen to write down the questions.
Easy overall very basic and not too time consuming. Do not feel stressed or anxious when it comes to your interviews. Everything will work out! I believe in you! Show your passion for the role and it will be an easy YES for the interviewer.
