There was no real interview process. i filled out a bunch of paperwork, did all kinds of medical test, and was given a date of when i would ship out to basic training. The recruiters where laid back and pretty helpful.

None, there was a FBI investigation for a security clearance and no matter how clean you are, it still felt like something was going to come up

It was very streamline with a panel. I was notified via email with time and location. I was called a few minutes after start time identified. There were 3 members who had prepared questions which were very straight forward. It was a great interview.

Federal hiring is complex and cumbersome. You apply on USAJOBS.gov. Then you wait. Months go bye then you get a call and/or email. After than you may do a couple interviews.
