There is no interviewing in the Army you are given a job then you either succeed or fail based on your merrits. It is just the way the Army works. They would see more success if they actually made people start interviewing for the job.

Submitted my packet to attend officer candidate school. Packet was very through of who I was and what I had done in the past. Just display that you are an ethical person, don't have to many skeletons in your closet, and express your desire to serve and you'll be fine.
