The hiring process is done through a board review of your Official Records, Photo and experience. The board meets for several days and selects the most qualified individual for selection, training and promotion. The key to success is preparation, to include updating your photo, record brief and Official File. Then the candidate must select on line which jobs they are most interested in and validate their records on line.
