The process was simple and easy and they basically bought you alot of food to convince you to join the military but it is not hard to reject. They also try to give you false advertising on pay and some people do not get all the pay
Very average interview process, in a room with a panel of 5 people who take turns asking you behavioral questions and then ask you if you have any questions. It lasted 25-30mins for me.
The process is simple. You don't even do an interview. All you have to do is walk into a recruiting station, pass the ASVAB, and just like that you in there. And even if you don't pass, they can waiver you to get in.
