Leadership, skills development, workplace conflict, and understanding of organization were key issues to address.

      During the interview process, there was a panel who asked questions. The panel consisted of 3-4 members and the areas ranged to include knowledge and management style. The process took roughly thirty minutes and the follow up was rather quick when notified of the selection.
