Interview
An interview board consisting of 5 members asking a series of questions related to the organization and the specific job duties. The interview board members asked two questions each. Leadership, skills development, workplace conflict, and understanding of organization were key issues to address.

Explain your approach to a conflict in the office involving sexual harassment allegations.
Wasn't hard, just had to know the job. If you have an understanding of who your serving and what they care about, then you're ahead of peers for this role.

Interview
During the interview process, there was a panel who asked questions. The panel consisted of 3-4 members and the areas ranged to include knowledge and management style. The process took roughly thirty minutes and the follow up was rather quick when notified of the selection.
