Interviewing was quite easy. You meet with a handful of managers where questions are usually very non-technical. Most technical work is done by contractors, so they usually look for leadership capabilities.

Sometimes, there will be a manager/technical lead asking for a specific technical skill. But don't fret if you don't have the particular skill. The reason for this is because the managers eventually divide the pool of hires amongst themselves and are just getting a feel for who would be a good fit. Leadership capabilities is what they are generally mostly looking for so always fall back on that.
