      Analyst Interview

      Nov 9, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at US Foods

      Interview

Position opening was shared by a friend Initial discussions with HR/Recruiting describing the process, requirements, the opportunity and next steps Initial interview with HR completed over the phone which was general and nothing exciting First interview with hiring manager was completed over the phone and was mostly a get to know you conversation First in-person interview was with hiring manager and was an hour long with focus on previous experience but I was allowed to ask all of the questions I had as well. Final interview was with executive leader, the hiring managers boss, and lasted 30 minutes which to me was more of a final approval get to know you meeting

      Interview

They solicited me for a job, which is fine but then had the nerve to act condescending to me concerning my resume and how I present it. If you don't like what you see, why would solicit that person.
