typical interview, basic questions that the typical person could answer, just be polite and straigthforward about your past skills. they will give you a tour of the entire building just to give you a feel of what the job is like

Pretty straight forward, it's more of a feel for both parties to gain a better understanding of what's expected and the process as a whole meanwhile assesing if it's the right career choice for you since it does begin in the freezer -10°. If you know what to expect then you won't be surprised.
