It took a little long but after a month or so I got hired . The most difficult part was to go through the training process it was kinda fast and they throw you in the floor
the interview was a very quick over the phone interview where the person interviewing would ask simple questions about your previous work history, after that you would be invited to a tour and hired
It was very good she asked me a couple questions about my work background and how long I been in the food service industry overall it was a great interview hope to hear from them soon

Pretty straight forward, it's more of a feel for both parties to gain a better understanding of what's expected and the process as a whole meanwhile assesing if it's the right career choice for you since it does begin in the freezer -10°. If you know what to expect then you won't be surprised.
