Interview
You go to a recruiter and they tel you there are no infantry spot available so you leave then they call you ten minutes later and say that a spot just opened up so hold your ground
Got in contact with a recruiter and went in, no real interview process. Talked about core values and other Marine Corps related beliefs. Also talked about MOS preference. Recruiters are there to sell you on the Marine Corps but generally do not lie (maybe embellish a little).

Interview
Board Interview consisting of members of your chain of command. Usually the questions will consist of job knowledge and marine corps knowledge. You'll also be rated on you military presence, bearing, and appearance.
