Interview
There is no interview to promote to Captain, we promote from within based on a career of sustained superior service, especially at sea. There are, however, interviews for gaining your original commission as an Ensign.

Why do you want to do this and what qualifies you to lead men and women in combat, especially those with more time and experience than you will have. (Note that below I listed the date of my interview as June 2010. That's because the drop down list doesn't go back to 1987)!
