Sat down in front of a panel of managers and each manager asked a series of pertinent questions regarding the job functions. There were a lot of, "What would you do if this happened". The process was meant to see how I would handle various situations when dealing with personnel.

The process included multiple interviews. All of them were professional and i was impressed with everyone. They offer good benefits and an opportunity to serve our country. I decided not to accept the offer because I enlisted in the Coast Guard.

ASVAB test at HS or recruiter's office, Recruiter asks a lot of questions to see if you qualify, then you go to MEPS for a complete physical to see if you medically qualify. You must pass everything (or get approved for waivers) in order to enter service. Then you go to bootcamp, follow-on schooling to learn the basics of the job you're assigned, then to your command/unit.

just sign and go, no interview questions were asked other than are you ready to go. must be willing and able to meet the demands of the military from the get go. a lot of PT is necessary to do well.
