Interview
Hiring manager emailed with a set of timeframes to select from. Single interview, three person panel, approximately 90 minutes. No esoteric questions, all focused on the position. Three days later hiring manager told me I was the top choice. A week later HR sent an offer. I countered and another week later I received a formal offer. A month later I was in the position but still supporting my old job for another 60 days.
