Very good interview process. They ask great questions and try to make you think of different situations that you been in to relate to their job. They are very specific in questioning and make sure to clarify what the meaning of that question is if you don't know. They do a great job in the interview process as far as the questions they ask to you!

Name a time when you had to get your job done as fast as possible?
No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.

Interview
There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
