I applied for the CCA position in the Los Angeles area on July 7, 2016. A week later I received DMV background and interview email. The Interview was on July 22,2016 and it was fairly easy. A postmaster interviewed me and three other people and we were told right away that he was recommending us and to check our emails. It's Aug 13,2016 and I still haven't received anything.

Pour, there was no interview. Everyone is welcome to apply for this”government ” job. I personally think that the whole process should be changed. Employees should be the face of this company.
There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

Interview
There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
