I pretty much filled out an application than I recieved an email to do an online test. It is important you check your email frequently a two weeks after I got an email for my drug test and background. Than a month later I got an interview.You interview will be with other canidates in the room but it will be postmasters from different towns interviewing you. My interview went well. I got an offer letter and packet of paperwork in the mail that needed to be completed and sent back. Now im just waiting to get a call back with my start date.

Pour, there was no interview. Everyone is welcome to apply for this”government ” job. I personally think that the whole process should be changed. Employees should be the face of this company.
There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

Interview
There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
