No formal interview, completion of paperwork. Assumed it would be one on one, there was a group of people called in at the same interview time. Told to go to specific room, job description discussed, told when to report for orientation. Very basic, not what you would expect.

100% online, you take a test and provide background information. After a few days you’ll get an email that will let you know if you’ve passed or not. After that you schedule an in person finger printing appointment. After finger printing you’ll have orientation

Went pretty quickly. Was an open house and applications were done onsite as well as initial paperwork. There were a lot of pepper there. It was around the holidays and there is always a big need around that time. We did our applications and assessments and filled out paperwork.

Interview
The entire process was straight forward. There were two online tests and both were simple and short. Both can be completed in thirty minutes. An approval email was received in three days and a detailed job description was provided in the acceptance note.
